At Coffecito, we’re building more than a coffee shop we’re creating an experience rooted in intention, quality, and connection. Born from a cross-cultural vision between California and Mérida, everything we do is thoughtful, considered, and designed to feel effortless.

• At Careers at Coffecito, we’re looking for people who care about the details, who take pride in their work, and who understand that even the smallest moments can leave a lasting impression. Whether it’s how a drink is made or how a guest feels when they walk in, it all matters.

If you’re drawn to a space that values both efficiency and intention—where things move quickly, but never feel rushed—you’ll fit right in.
